On May 9, 2024 we gathered for Niteo’s annual Spring Social & AGM.
It was a joyful evening of celebrating the accomplishments and stories of the work over the past year.
The evening was centered around the voices of our community and we heard from parents, children, youth, volunteers, and global partners.
Videos were shared featuring the exciting literacy initiatives happening in Uganda which include resourcing local leaders through training and running reading clubs for children.
The evening concluded with thanking each supporter (donor, volunteer, partner) for their part in all of 2023’s accomplishments which are furthering literacy equity both in Uganda and the Okanagan!
There was also an invitation to consider what stepping further into the Niteo Story could look like in 2024.
